By accessing or using the Keylead platform (keylead.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Keylead is a lead management platform designed for real estate professionals. It provides tools for lead capture via landing pages, pipeline management, follow-up scheduling, and AI-powered features to help you manage your sales process.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • One person or entity may maintain multiple organization accounts for different businesses.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the platform to store or process data in violation of privacy laws (LGPD, GDPR).
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform without written permission.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Keylead, including lead information, notes, and landing page content. We do not claim ownership of your data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any personal data you input, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

6. AI Features

Keylead provides AI-powered features such as lead analysis and message suggestions. These features are provided as assistive tools only. AI-generated content may not always be accurate and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for any actions taken based on AI suggestions.

7. Landing Pages

You may create landing pages using Keylead to capture leads. You are responsible for the content you publish on these pages and must ensure it complies with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws. Landing pages must include your own privacy notice or link to your privacy policy when collecting personal data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Keylead available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keylead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or lost data.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless legally required to retain it longer.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the user's country of residence. For users in Brazil, the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply, and disputes shall be resolved in the Brazilian courts. For users in Portugal, the laws of the Portuguese Republic apply, and disputes shall be resolved in the Portuguese courts.
